Passion would be the word that fits me most. Passion for People. For their inner complexity and depth. Passion for Personal Growth. Theirs and my own. And last but not least, passion for my Work. In fact, it's so much more than a job.Or a way to earn a living. It's become ... yes, a Passion. My Passion. I am a Freelance Trainer. At this stage of my rather young career (as a Trainer), I mainly train Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Staff. On all levels. Of all departments. Mainly, but not only. Both in French and Dutch, both my mothertongues. All over Belgium, Lux. and The Netherlands. And since last Summer, in English too. I gave training session in Egypt. The courses I have come to Train people in are mainly the following : - Change Management - Conflict Management - Excellence in Service - Guest Satisfaction - Management by Objectives - Performance Based Appraisals - Restaurant Management - Sales at the Reception desk - Sales in the Restaurant - Situational Leadership - Verbal and Non Verbal Communication - ... In the coming months and years, I aim to focus my Trainings around People Management and Personal Development. On soft skills rather than on hard skills. To support my work, I myself am in Training all year round. This year is my second year on NLP. And I will be done with my Master NLP in February next year. Over 2010-2011, the objective will be to join a very reliable course on Coaching and Personal Development. Apart from the Hotel Industry, I also train in other business areas. Retail being one of them. And there are many more to come. After all, people are people. Motivation is motivation. A guest is a guest. Whatever product he buys, he still expects Excellency, Recognition and Respect. Right?
